Salā joined Samoa Cricket in June 2013 as the Chief Executive Officer after working for more than ten years in various senior and management positions both in the Government and the Private Sector. Being a passionate sports person herself she brings vast experiences both on the international arena and national level. Salā holds a Master (Executive) in Sports Management (MEMOS) from the University Catholique of de Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium, A graduate of the Women Sports Leadership Academy, University of Chichester, England, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Marketing and Management (double major), National University of Samoa and Diploma in Business from the Wellington Polytechnic and Massey University, New Zealand. She is also a Master Educator of the Oceania Sports Education Program (OSEP), Suva Fiji.
