POSITION: Administration Officer Job Description:
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Duties
• Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner. • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with suppliers to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times. • Maintain and update ICC (International Cricket Council) databases such as Data Capture Tool, Creel Census etc. • Completion of all banking duties, including the depositing and withdrawal of funds from all SICA accounts, and arranging for cheques to be signed by the Board members to allow for the withdrawal of cash and the payment of creditors. • Ensuring any outstanding debts owed to SICA are to be met. • Updating and management of Fixed Asset Register. • Weekly update of Staff leaves including Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Bereavement Leave, Maternity/Paternity, Time in Lieu/Time off as per SICA HR Manual and Samoa Labour Law (MCIL). • Monitor the staff attendance book on a daily basis. • Assisting with team and tournament preparations such as visa applications, uniform orders, flight arrangement, collection of fees and team registration funds • Payments of volunteers, officials, transportation and relevant payments for clinics, competitions, trainings/workshops • Weekly plan/report and assist with housekeeping duties as required. • Assist with quarterly stock take and preparation of report. • Any other duties as required from time to time.
